Intensive swimming lessons at Easter are almost completed and the feed back from parents about their childs improvement has been fantastic. With summer fast approaching Swalings will we be running swimming lessons at half term and in the summer school holidays. These intensive swimming lessons will be for all abilities during the May half term and the summer school holidays at locations in Poole and Bournemouth.

Bournemouth:

Monday 31st May until Friday 4th June at Fitness First Bournemouth all abilities catered for classes start at 10:30.

Summer Intensive swimming lessons will be held at Wentworth College Southbourne

again all capabilities catered for.

Monday 9th August until Friday 13th August. Classes commence at 9:30.

Monday 16th August until Friday 20th August. Classes commence at 9:30.

Poole:

With Easter fast approaching many families take a short break away or get the children involved in physical activities. Over the Easter break we are running swimming lessons for children over a two week period at venues in Poole and Bournemouth. Further swimming courses will be held during August places are limited so early booking is advised.

Families traveling to Antigua can have intensive swimming lessons for children or private lessons to suit. Those families with young children requiring a baby sitter or Nanny for their stay needs to contact us for further information.

Constructive swimming lessons from as young as two months to enable mothers to be confident in handling their babies in the water can be achieved in progressive classes and many children can be swimming by the time they start school. A local authority have dropped swimming lessons for children at Key stage one and Foundation level. Swimming is an important life skill that needs to be taught to all children from the age of three or younger. At Swalings we teach children from Mother and Baby swimming lessons starting at two months. All ability group swimming lessons from three year old, we also run intensive swimming courses for children and residential swimming courses for adults. Swimming Teachers Course

Swalings has just started an STA (B) course for swimming instructors.

On completion of this course there will be a full swimming teachers course STA (F) and a pool life guard course. There are still a number of places available on both courses. For further information on these swimming courses being run in Poole call the head office.
